Our Story
Bava Logistics was born from a conversation between two friends in 2008. Both had served in the British military. Both had spent the better part of two decades managing logistics operations in some of the most demanding environments imaginable — environments where failure was not an option and where the difference between a good plan and a great one was execution.
What they found when they turned their attention to the commercial haulage market was a sector ripe for improvement. Good intentions, but inconsistent delivery. Promises made on the telephone and forgotten by the time the lorry left the depot. A fundamental misalignment between what customers needed and what the industry was providing.
The solution, they decided, was straightforward: build a logistics business from the ground up with reliability hardwired into its DNA. Not as a marketing slogan. As an operating principle.
